Blackhole (“we”, “us”) builds and publishes mobile games and operates this website. This policy describes how our apps—including Moonbounce (package ID com.moonbounce.app, published by Bro Code)—handle information. By installing or using an app, or using this site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you do not need to provide

Our games do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, postal address, or government ID to play.

Data stored on your device

Gameplay progress, settings, cosmetics, and purchase flags (for example, Remove Ads) are stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall.

Advertising (Moonbounce and similar titles)

Some apps may show ads via Google AdMob (and related Google advertising services), including:

• Rewarded video ads (for optional in-run benefits)
• Interstitial ads at natural breaks (game over or victory only — not during shop or pause)

Ad partners may collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, device/app info, and interaction data with ads, subject to their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob.

You may reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings (iOS: Tracking / Personalized Ads; Android: Ads / Delete advertising ID).

In-app purchases

Optional purchases (for example, Remove Ads) are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. Stores may share purchase tokens / product IDs with the app so entitlements can be restored.

Analytics

We do not currently integrate a separate third-party analytics SDK beyond what the platform and ad SDKs provide. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change ships.

Crash and diagnostics

Platform stores (Apple / Google) may provide anonymized crash or performance diagnostics when you opt in at the OS level.

Website

This site may collect standard server / CDN logs (such as IP address and user agent) needed to operate and secure the site. Support emails you send are used only to respond to your request.

How we use information

We and our partners use information to:

• Operate and improve our apps and this website
• Deliver and measure ads
• Restore purchases and honor Remove Ads
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with law and enforce policies

We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Our games are general-audience arcade titles. They are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Where required, we rely on platform and ad-network age / consent mechanisms (for example, ATT on iOS and consent / UMP flows where applicable).

Your choices

• Disable or limit personalized ads in device settings
• Decline App Tracking Transparency prompts on iOS
• Clear local app data or uninstall to remove on-device saves
• Contact us to ask questions about this policy

Data retention

On-device save data remains until you clear it or uninstall. Ad / purchase records retained by Google, Apple, or AdMob follow those providers’ retention policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

International users

Ad and store partners may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are handled by those providers.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of an app or this site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
